Description
The HR Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and assist with daily HR activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle recruiting in coordination with hiring managers
- Manage and execute employee onboarding and offboarding functions
- Assist with regularly auditing employee personnel files
- Lead new employee orientation
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to our Director of Human Resources in the areas of compliance, handbook administration, and numerous other HR initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
·Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity and build rapport at all levels of the organization
·Highly organized, self-motivated with an enthusiastic and collaborative approach to work
·1 year experience with administrative support
