- Updating customers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis on their project timeline.
- Working with the Production Manager on schedule.
- Sending deliveries to Supplier.
- Sending work orders to trade partners.
- Handling any Questions/ Issues from customer during install- with help from Production Manager.
- Making sure contracts are correct and updated at the end of the job before being completed.
- Knowing our products/services so you can answer questions.
- Additional duties to support our production team.
