PSI Capital Management is Hiring a Client Representative Near Lancaster, PA

Job Description

Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania, our firm boasts four locations across Central Pennsylvania.

As our Client Relationship Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our Lancaster office. From opening to closing procedures, you'll ensure client's feel welcome and cared for while providing essential support to our team. RESPONSIBILITY & EXPECTATIONS

Responsibilities (General Overview/Categories of responsibilities):

1. Client Relationship Manager for Advisory Team

2. Administrative & Operations Support

3. Client Accounts Support

5. Team and Company Participation

Expectations

1. Client Relationship Manager for Advisory Team

· Schedule clients by phone and/or email for multiple advisors

Call/email to confirm each meeting

· Maintain and manage Redtail CRM

Maintain company calendar

Add client meetings to each advisor’s calendar

Maintain and update new and existing client, prospect, etc. information

Run reports (example: Assets Under Management (AUM), birthdays and anniversary cards)

· Update and maintain the Quarterly Review Schedule (QRS) for selected advisors

· Document management

Scan and save electronic copies of documents in Company docs folder

· Hospitality and client relationship building

Open and close Lancaster office daily.

Greet guests when they come in the door

Basic office admin and maintenance

· Prepare conference room and greet clients when they arrive for meetings

· Offer/serve water, coffee, tea or soda to each client for each meeting

· Clean drinking glasses, mugs, etc. after every meeting

Send cards for birthdays, anniversaries, illness, thank you, etc.

2. Administrative & Operations Support

· Serve on the Advisory Support Team

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls for the firm

· Coordinate with Financial Advisor Assistant and Operations Associate to prepare clients’ Portfolio Analysis packets for review meetings

· Maintain and replenish office supplies

· Monitor office equipment and troubleshoot issues

· Company Phone System – Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls

3. Client Brokerage Accounts Support

· Support the advisory personnel and the company’s Operations Associate with client account administration as directed

Client Web Admin Assistance

· Basic site navigation & access issues

Account maintenance requests

· Phone/address changes, registration changes

Brokerage account opening paperwork

Advisory contracts and supporting internal paperwork (privacy policy, electronic communications disclosure, etc…) completion

4. Special Projects

· Help prepare for special events, including the Client Appreciation Event

· Assist in scanning bulk client files for conversion to electronic filing

5. Team and Company Participation

· Participate in all Client Service Team meetings

· Participate in all PSI Capital Management internal and external sessions/events as appropriate

· Quarterly Performance Review

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
