We are a Landscape Construction company located in Portland Oregon, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients in the high-end residential and commercial sectors. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Success Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success throughout their journey with us. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Building Strong Customer Relationships:

  • Engage with clients using a consultative "listen first" approach to understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Utilize excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a high degree of accountability and professionalism in all client interactions.

Project Coordination and Execution:

  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare and evaluate scopes of work for all necessary services.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop proposals, estimates, and pricing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their goals.
  • Manage and meet project deadlines while maintaining a meticulous approach to estimate reviews and detailed work habits.

Client Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Proactively provide solutions and recommendations to clients, ensuring their commitment to start and successfully complete their projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise.
  • Foster relationships with subcontractors to obtain competitive and qualified sub-quotes, ensuring comprehensive scope coverage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
