We are seeking a talented individual that is fluent in Spanish and English to join our growing team! You will connect with a diverse population of shoppers at Michael's Home and help support the sales and warehouse staff. Your work will be super important!

We are looking for someone with prior customer service experience, someone that will hit the ground running and believes that their organizational skills are exceptional.

Requirements

• At least 3 year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to quickly learn new products and procedures and apply that knowledge with customers.
• Passionate about helping customers.
• Have positive energy and drive to succeed.
• Confidence in self and own abilities.
• Understands and embraces the strengths of working collaboratively as a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with daily data entries into our Point-of-Sales system.
• Record, process and follow up with customer service issues.
• Help with answering the phones and taking messages.
• Support sales staff with writing up invoices and/or taking payments.
• Support general staff with any Spanish communication or translation needs.
• Assist with processing financing applications.
• Have fun!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
