Einstein Insurance is Hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative/Account Manager Near Portland, OR

Job Summary:

Role Description

Position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and proactively responding to upsell and cross sell coverage opportunities. Our culture is team oriented and one of education and consultation with our clients to identify their needs and ensure that they are properly covered and recieve the best customer serivce.

Position success relies on strong internal and external communication skills, strong computer skills including knowledge of partner carrier systems and the ability to understand coverages and policy language and transfer knowledge to clients in a professional and confident manner. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is needed for this position. This role is located in Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work.

Duties:
- Market our products and services to potential customers
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct warm calling to existing customers to promote new products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Experience:

  • Active Insurance License in OR
  • Prior experience in customer service or account managment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources including, networking, referrals, and marketing
