Gramercy Dental Suite is Hiring a Patient Coordinator Near New York, NY
Multi-specialty office looking for a self starting person to join the team as our Lead Patient Coordinator. MUST have experience with Dental front desk, MUST have experience with Dentrix.
General Duties include:
- Answering the phones/ scheduling appointments/ confirming
- Obtaining insurance info, make sure all demographics/ health history is entered
- Collecting payments that have already been calculated
- Sending correspondence to patients
- Scanning
- Monthly admin inventory/orders
REQUIRED:
- Front desk dental office experience
- Dentrix
- Exceptional written, verbal and phone skills for patient communication
- Willingness to learn and grow!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
