Description Gordon Brothers is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the global digital marketing strategy. This role will report to the Director of Global Marketing and will focus on enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and drive customer engagement that results in lead generation/business referrals. This fast-paced, high-impact role will work across all businesses, interacting with subject matter experts and stakeholders, including senior leaders. The role is based in our global headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy Manage the digital marketing team and digital agencies Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels including the company website, email and social media platforms Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience, improve design, traffic and content on the website Ensure brand consistency and maintain messaging throughout all platforms Develop, implement, track and optimize global digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities Design, build and maintain email marketing programs, including inbound marketing, lead nurturing efforts, marketing automation and subscriber management Collaborate with the marketing team to establish a seamless process for content posting and optimization Collaborate with IT, outside agencies and other vendor partners as needed Define and manage global measurement program Define and measure marketing ROI and KPIs across the client journey Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns Identify areas for optimization Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget Identify emerging trends and industry developments and make recommendations to optimize our programs and enhance the firm’s global digital presence EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred Financial or professional services related experience required, M&A or turnaround experience preferred 10 years of digital B2B marketing experience strongly preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience working with a marketing automation solution; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM experience preferred Global or international website experience preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Experience in leading teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders Understanding of the audiences and distribution methods, including A/B testing Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills Solid analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions Creative and innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Gordon Brothers offers a very competitive total compensation package, including base salary and bonus plan, health insurance, dental benefits, a generous 401(k) match, time off benefits, and more.
