The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will create, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage our audience in the promotion of our company brand and its products and services across all channels. You are friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, remote, team environment. The Marketing Manager will be a key contributor to Dispatch and Youreka's success as we continue to elevate our brand and execute marketing activities.

In this role, some of the responsibilities include:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. This includes managing email marketing, social media campaigns, advertising, and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Work with an agency on helping to execute our paid digital marketing efforts including social and web.
  • Support preparation and execution efforts for various trade shows and customer-facing events.
  • Help with creating content used in various marketing initiatives, such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, social media, emails
  • Support the marketing team with market research and analysis to better understand opportunities and market share trends.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5 years of Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the software industry, would be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Pardot) and CRM (SFDC), as well as basic CMS tools.
  • Experience working in partnership with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong project management background
  • Highly detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills; writing, editing, and proofreading are essential

Salary

The salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual pay within the range is influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to skill set, residence location, and prior work experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus, benefits, and equity.

Location

Dispatch/Youreka fully accommodates remote work, as long as you have a permanent residence in the US. Want to spend a month in Italy? Great, do it! Live in Idaho? Sweet, we have another team member there! As long as you are crushing your goals and helping us drive the business forward, you do you. We also have an office in Boston that is open and available for you to use.
