Axis Technology, LLC is a leading data privacy solutions firm based in Boston. We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a technical products/services background to build upon Axis’s message of data security and create a cohesive, quantifiable marketing strategy for our products and services.

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and analysis of Axis’s strategic marketing initiatives, vendor relationships, marketing alliances, and budget. In collaboration with Axis sales, engineering, and consulting staff, the Marketing Manager will play a significant role in building Axis products and services brand awareness, lead generation, and sales opportunities through various marketing and communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively bring Axis products/services to market across different sales channels, building brand awareness and lead generation opportunities
• Develop significant knowledge of data security/privacy marketplace, products, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with internal Axis teams and partners to build marketing plans that support sales objectives and product/services growth goals
• Establish marketing metrics and reporting framework to optimize campaign performance, improve user engagement, and provide meaningful insights
• Manage all internal and external content development and PR, including social media, websites, video productions, company communications, events, etc.
• Provide competitive insight and target market analyses to help identify product/service development initiatives with the highest potential ROI
• Oversee day-to-day marketing activities and development of junior staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 4 years’ marketing technical products, services, and/or software experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize competing and/or time-sensitive tasks
• Similar skills and experience in previous role/s with demonstrated ability in campaign performance measurement, marketing insights and analytics, sales team collaboration, and competitive analysis
• Proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as WordPress, HTML5, Hubspot, Odoo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative, Canva, etc.
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to synthesize very technical concepts and issues into user-friendly, marketing-centric content and analyses
• Creative mindset
• Portfolio or relevant examples requested

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
