Seeking an analytical and results-driven Analyst for eCommerce and Digital Marketing to enhance our onsite and marketing efforts through insightful analysis and strategic data utilization. This role involves weekly site metric reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and ownership of tagging and pixel strategies. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in eCommerce analytics, proficiency in web analytics tools, and a passion for translating data into effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the advancement of our website analytics & marketing performance methodology and serve as an expert on overall channel performance and strategy.
  • Conduct weekly site metric and traffic analysis, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting to support data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales teams.
  • Proactively investigate the business to get ahead of business trends and/or challenges. React regularly to the business and work alongside the business team to diagnose challenges and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data and analysis requirements for informed decision-making.
  • Own the tagging and pixel strategy across the site and marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate and comprehensive analytics.
  • Ensure all timelines and deliverables are met, staying proactive in identifying and solving potential challenges.
  • Use data to inform and optimize our acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Be a valued thought partner, helping define the best metrics by which to measure success.
  • Create dashboards, analyses, and tools for our marketing team to understand and optimize allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing performance as related to goals, running recurrent and ad hoc analysis to ultimately identify risks and opportunities across channels and tactics.
  • Conceptualize, drive, and share key analyses and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support key analyses and workstreams across projects, processes, and deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in eCommerce, with a focus on digital marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft tools and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
