Luxury Jewelry Brand seeks a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive strategy and creative initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content and managing posting schedules across platforms.

– Liaise with vendors to fulfill retailer requests for imagery, managing co-op programs including tracking, submissions, approvals, and expenditure.

– Maintain organization of all marketing materials and assets, overseeing inventory and initiating reorders as needed.

– Coordinate photoshoots, collaborating closely with photographers, and maintain detailed records of items shot for future reference. Additionally, actively participate in Sales and Marketing meetings to contribute to company objectives and collaborate with Sales teams to support overall company growth.

Qualifications:

– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

– Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

– Proven project management experience, adept at planning, organizing, and overseeing projects.

– Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

– Strategic mindset for critical thinking and problem-solving, with proficiency in analyzing marketing data to drive informed strategies.

– Demonstrated marketing experience, preferably in luxury goods, with familiarity in jewelry or fashion marketing considered a plus. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems is essential, along with experience in vendor management and co-op programs highly desirable.
