Pastry Chef Qualifications :
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Solid financial acumen and ability to cost menu items
- Familiarity with sourcing local products
- Proven leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts and an ability to develop new menu items.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- Desire to work alongside team and inspire growth and learning
- Must take pride in delivering a top-notch product, ensure correct preparation of all food products, check food products daily for quality and freshness, monitor all incoming food products to ensure quality and freshness
- Must operate with a high level of integrity and honesty
