- Lead by example
- Mentor, educate, and motivate clinic team members to excel
- Balance the needs of the clinical team with the goals of the organization
- Understand and anticipate the needs of clients
- Lead weekly team meetings with the Medical Director
- Clearly communicate expectations and build a culture of feedback
- Interview and onboard new team members
- Promote community within the clinic team and within other HOM's in the GoodVets community
What We Look For:
- Experience driving performance through strong people management
- Effective communication, utilizing various methods
- 3 years of previous veterinary technician experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management systems
