This is a fully remote position. The Inside Sales Rep is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business. The roles involve reaching out and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, accurate reporting inside our CRM, identifying potential issues in our sales process, communicating these to the team leader, and last but not least setting up opportunities for our Home Buying Specialist (Closer)

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for meeting sales targets, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team.
