Godfrey Dadich Partners is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near San Francisco, CA

Godfrey Dadich Partners (GDP) is a design and storytelling firm. We design strategies, experiences, and outcomes. We believe that design, at its best, is functional and human. And we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team.

We are looking for a hardworking, curious, and enthusiastic leader to support our CEO, Scott Dadich. This individual will work at the center of the firm and among its leaders, co-directing GDP’s administrative duties while managing the CEO’s individual schedule. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Partners and management team to effectively support the chief executives and run their interactions with clients, partners, staffers, and prospects. 

The Executive Assistant plays a key role in the company. This individual will broadly support the company's functions according to circumstances and needs. If you are an organized, optimistic, and thoughtful team player who is looking to join a close-knit and fun-loving shop, this role is for you. 

This role is based in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and managing a high-volume calendar while keeping track of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Managing travel & expenses
  • Booking and managing travel and accommodations for the CEO
  • Co-managing and co-directing office administrative tasks such as event planning, meeting set-up for client engagements, and ordering and tracking office supplies
  • Helping to manage communications with regard to internal meetings, new business, and existing client relationships
  • Speaking for and with the voice of the CEO in internal/external firm matters and calendar management
  • Willingness to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff members
  • Helping other members of the executive support staff to perform their duties to the best of their ability
  • Carrying out other duties as necessary, which may include tasks such as office coordination, filing, client correspondence, and making phone calls
  • Keeping up with industry trends by reading literature and communicating with peers
  • Acts as a representative of the chief executive officer, both in and outside the firm

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience in administrative or executive management 
  • A natural and confident leader; Self motivated and self sufficient
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration across varying departments
  • Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure
  • Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Efficient and hardworking with eagerness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to synthesize and manage large quantities of highly dynamic data and inputs
  • An ability and desire to be active in the job beyond the traditional 9a-6p workday
  • Trustworthy and reliable with confidential communications and financials
  • Resourceful problem solver with the ability to prioritize and tackle myriad tasks each day
  • Ability to see over the horizon and plan strategically beyond a six month time horizon
  • Positive attitude and interest in managing a growing company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Interest in and excitement for the work GDP is pioneering in media, communications, design, and strategy
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with a bi-coastal staff
  • Extensive knowledge of the strategy, design, and content landscapes, and GDP and its founders’ work

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000.

Our salary offers take into consideration the skills and experience a candidate brings, pay equity across similar roles within GDP, and the market rate for similar roles outside of GDP. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
