Summary

Experienced Billing Manager to oversee billing operations and ensure our clients' timely and accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team.The Billing Manager will create and maintain billing policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop strategies to improve billing efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing of clients
  • Manage a team of billing specialists and provide leadership and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy and implement strategies to achieve these goals
  • Review and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations
  • Respond to billing inquiries and resolve billing issues as needed
  • Prepare and present billing reports to senior management
• Plan, implement, evaluate and administer all revenue cycle strategies and processes
  • Monitor, respond to, and communicate billing requirements internal & external responsible parties
  • Monitor accounts for accuracy
  • Provide training to staffs for improvement
  • Manage billing operations through system process / augmentation ( SAP, TM/WM )

Participate in other projects or other duties as assigned

Compensation Range

$110,000- $130,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Qualifications

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient PC skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Outlook, SAP, data management systems (TMS)
• Strong data analysis insightfulness
• Excellent teamwork,organizational & time management skills
• Billing experience
• Logistics industry experience preferred

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 8-13 Years of direct experience inBilling(Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)/Logistics and Supply Chain Required
• 10-15 Years of direct experienceinBilling(Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)/Logistics and Supply Chain Required
