Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Capability to thrive in a global matrix environment and collaborate across various time zones.
- Availability for on-site work at least three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- Familiarity with learning/document management systems like SuccessFactors or Veeva Vault.
- Certification in Human Performance Improvement (HPI).
- Understanding or exposure to working in a regulated industry.
- Oversee learning administration processes for clients and internal departments.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Handle reporting and analysis related to Learning Request Workflow (LRW) and LMS activities.
- Address and escalate any LRW and LMS-related issues promptly.
