Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked workstation, kitchen area, dining room, storage area and walk-in
- Use and maintain all equipment in the station properly
- Assist with ordering and inventory
-Keep guest-facing area clean, including guest clean up area
- Be willing to work after-hour evening prep shifts (3 shifts)
