What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals. Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Optimize performance and measure ROI.
Inspire and guide a talented marketing team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

The Skills You Will Bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
Strong leadership skills and a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
