The Director, CRM and Lifecycle Marketing will lead strategy and operations for our customer relationship management (CRM) channels (email, SMS, in-app and push). We are a data-driven company, and you’ll manage campaigns from end to end; strategy, conception, testing & optimization, monitoring, reporting & analytics. This role will report directly to our Vice President of Growth within the marketing function, and work broadly across our design and technical teams to ensure our marketing efforts keep our customer at the core of everything we do.
