Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of residential properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property revenue
Duties:
- Enforce lease terms with tenants
- Completing miscellaneous forms such as rental registrations, notices, rent relief, etc.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Maintain accurate tenant records
- Completing walkthroughs with new tenants on Move-In Day
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
