Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacant units, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals.
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial statements.
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and schedule preventative maintenance tasks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions for property maintenance.
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information, rent payments, and other property-related data.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or amenities to tenants.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation processes.
