As a Property Manager with EquityTeam, you have unlimited growth potential as you lead your team in managing all aspects of your assigned properties (sf & mf), The primary goal is to take excellent care of the assets while maximizing the ROI as if you were the owner (mostly 3rd party mgmt). This includes minimizing vacancy by overseeing leasing and tenancy activities/issues, maintaining the property's value by overseeing all property services (repairs and projects), and protecting property owners by ensuring compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal codes/laws.
Location/Time/Travel:
Team/Manager/Reports: Report to the GM of Residential PM. PM's lead, manage, and hold accountable the team that reports to them, consisting of an Assist PM and sometimes a PM Coordinator. PM's must collaborate well across all departments.
