Job Title: Property Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing property values, tenant relations, and ensuring the overall success of our property management efforts.

- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and manage lease agreements.
- Enforce lease terms and policies while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
2. **Property Maintenance:**
- Schedule and oversee routine property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
3. **Financial Management:**
- Manage property budgets.
- Collect and process rent payments in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control operating expenses to meet financial objectives.
4. **Leasing and Marketing:**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Show available properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms.
- Stay current on market trends and adjust rental rates accordingly.
5. **Legal Compliance:**
- Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting property management.
- Ensure property compliance with fair housing laws and other relevant regulations.
6. **Reporting:**
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financials, and occupancy rates.
- Provide recommendations for improvements and cost-saving measures.
