**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, selecting the correct paint, and applying it efficiently to achieve high-quality finishes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare walls and other surfaces before painting
- Select the appropriate paint or mix paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection is a must
- Remove fixtures and reinstall them after painting is complete
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns
- Familiarity with frame carpentry, fixture installation, masonry, plastering, and airless paint spraying is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
