Successin this Solutions Project Manager role will be achieved by understanding theneeds and challenges of the customer and managing the creation of a solutionspackage that meets or exceeds their expectations. Solutions Project Manager Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with estimators, salespeople, and management tounderstand goals, hardware, labor, and schedule to successfully execute theproject.
2. Coordinate with production managers to schedule manufacturing.
3. Monitor the receiving of equipment/hardware needed to complete theproject and deliver feedback to the customer on any supply chain challenges.
4. Verify bill of materials against the CAD drawings to ensurecorrect hardware and quantities.
5. Monitor progress of projects throughout their life cycle anddeliver consistent and realistic feedback to the customer.
6. Consistent collaboration with the production team to ensureaccurate execution and a high-quality finished product.
7. Assist production manager in the (FAT) Factory Acceptance Testingof equipment prior to shipment to customer to ensure an accurate andhigh-quality solution is being provided.
8. Follow up with customers postmortem to ensure we have met orexceeded their expectations.
9. Share feedback from the customer with the team upon projectcompletion.
10. Possess the ability to be nimble and able to pivot swiftly to meeta customer's changing needs.
11. Be collaborative and open to group thinking to meet arisingchallenges.
12. Collaborate in making any necessary process or proceduralimprovements to improve the customer experience.
Requirementsfor the Solutions Project Manager
•College degree in a technicalfield or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
•High School Diploma orequivalent required.
•Controls Integration/SolutionsIndustry experience highly preferred.
•Ability to read, analyze andinterpret technical documents and bid specifications required.
•Attention to detail,organization skills and ability to work independently and with a group.
•Results-driven personality
•Strong communication skillswhether written, verbal or otherwise required, especially using moderatelycomplex terminology and concepts.
