Prime Hospitality Group, a rapidly expanding franchisee of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all resources for the successful execution of complex projects within the restaurant and hotel hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interdepartmental teams, including outside vendors and contractors, to complete complex projects on time, to specifications, within budget, and with accuracy
• Create project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
• Manage the project team and coordinate all project activities, ensuring that project milestones are met
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and implementing risk management processes
• Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders, including team members, executives, and vendors
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and define strategic initiatives that drive company growth
• Assess and make recommendations on project planning tools and resources to ensure company objectives are met
• Create and set project performance metrics and monitor systems to track progress towards company objectives and growth
• Serve as a contact and resource for vendors, tracking vendor performance and ensuring high-quality service
• Take responsibility and ownership for assigned quarterly rock initiatives, escalating issues and reaching completion of assigned tasks within assigned time limits

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or construction project management
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
