Duties and Responsibilities:

The SAP Test Leadwill manage SAP ERP consultants to ensure quality assurance and systemfunctionality. The successful SAP Test Least will be responsible for leadingthe test team and providing day-to-day, hands on, guidance to the testingorganization. Candidate must have prior experience in leading testing for alarge complex SAP environments, ECC 6.0 and BI experience, and knowledgeable inindustry standard testing tools and best practices. Experience in SAP ASAPMethodology required and Federal Government testing requirements preferredCandidate should have prior experience in working with HP ALM and in theimplementation of automated testing tools, preferably Worksoft Certify. Other responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Planning for User Acceptance andSystem Integration Test
• Create test data
• Perform test execution
• Support testing for productionissues
• Leverage the client’s knowledgeof business processes
• Support business users duringuser acceptance testing
• Consistently provide highquality analysis of assigned work items
• Ensure deliverables are of thehighest quality and completed on time
• Motivate team by helping tocreate positive work environment
• Perform peer reviews on otherteam member’s deliverables
• Expand functional/data modelknowledge
• Learn tools necessary forsuccessful execution and defect analysis
• Contribute to work estimates asnecessary
• Seek and share ways to improvetest processes

Requirements

MinimumQualifications/Experience:

• 5 years testexperience with SAP ECC and BI
• Public Sectorexperience, DoD preferred
• Testing in supportof 3 full lifecycle implementations, or major releases
• Automated test toolimplementation and day to day execution
• Excellent clientcommunication and writing skills 
• Significantexperience leading testing activities for an ERP program
• Experience workingwith Worksoft

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required 

Required Certifications:

• SAFe Certifications – StronglyPreferred
• SAP Certifications – StronglyPreferred

• Must be US Citizen
• Must have Active DoD Secret clearanceor Ability to Obtain it
• Willingness to be on-site daily
