Leidos is looking for a Test and Integration Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) division. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration and testing strategies to support the division’s Cognitive EW business area, which leverages state of the art ML concepts for implementation across the RF domain (e.g., cognitive communications, radar, electronic warfare (EW), spectrum sensing, SIGINT). 

The Leidos EW Division performs on programs that include advanced signal processing, machine learning, optimization, detection & estimation, deep learning, and adaptive decision and control. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement integration and testing strategies for complex systems.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of systems to ensure they meet specifications and requirements.
• Construct and contribute to test strategies including algorithm and software testing, hardware, and flight test activities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during integration and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute test and evaluation activities to ensure seamless integration of systems and components.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration and testing processes.
• Support Systems Engineering functional groups in the development of testable requirements.
• Support Development functional groups in alignment of unit testing with functional system test

Qualifications:
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Must possess SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of integration and testing methodologies and technologies
• Experience reading, writing, and debugging MATLAB code with moderate proficiency.
• Experience with programming languages such as C , Python, or similar
• Experience developing system requirement verification plans, functional decomposition / allocation, and interface control documents (ICDs)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with understanding and debugging interconnected systems of systems (any domain)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in integration and testing of complex systems
• Experience on DoD program
• Experience working with military test ranges.
• Experience integrating antennas, radars, and communications equipment.
• Experience involving Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches, methods and techniques, particular as they relate to requirements verification and test management.
• Experience with automated test technologies, including development of automated test harnesses for integrated system testing.
