We have a need for a motivated Test Engineer 4 to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization. Essential Job Responsibilities * Oversee all testing activities. * Work with the TDL Lead to plan and arrange the labor, schedules, and equipment required for executing the testing and evaluation of prototypes and development items.
* Provide guidance and assists with designing, developing, and implementing testing plans, methods, and equipment to assure reliability of the product in conjunction with product design and specifications. * Analyze data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. * Consult with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and test applications. * Provide oversight in implementation of testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. Minimum Qualifications * 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
* Clearance: Active secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements * May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
