Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious,hardworking, and resourceful SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect for a Federalclient in the Washington, DC area. Duties andResponsibilities:

Duties include butmay not be limited to:

• Responsible for leadingfunctional and technical architecture assessment and roadmap for S/4HANA todetermine best approach (system conversion or selective data transition)
• Conduct S/4HANA Migrationassessment for integration objects, data objects, data volume and sizing, UI/UX,Analytics, conversion readiness, and system compatibility
• Determinepre-configured industry best practice approaches using SAP S/4HANA forapplication to the client’s financial management requirements
• Interface with thebusiness and IT client to analyze business processes, workflows, policies,tables, objects, packages, data elements, programs, transactions etc.
• Actively participateand contribute to Transition Planning, Project Governance, ArchitectureAlignment, Project Planning, Staff Management, Integration, Project Kick-offand Phase Initiation, Weekly Status, Development oversight 
• Participate anddrive workshops and sessions around business process analysis, processre-engineering and value chain analysis
• Understand businessneeds and requirements, and to help develop and maintain the clientrelationship
• Build stakeholderconsensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and canunderstand the solution being proposed
• Prepare and makepresentations using MS PowerPoint and Visio to project stakeholders andmanagement
• Propose high levelsolution architecture, with emphasis on integration architecture for migrationof SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA
• Identify the gapswithin the S/4HANA solution that will require customization/enhancement to meetthe client’s unique requirements
• Documentopportunities to optimize SAP solution using SAP user-experience tools
• Support developmentand execution of a best-practice, scenario driven testing approach
• Support theprogression of the implementation plan, identifying business criticalcapabilities, and managing integration and development dependencies
• Support thedevelopment of a migration framework approach to extract, transform, validate,enrich, and load legacy source data
• Lead functionalintegration across all S/4HANA domains
• Lead the managementof sub teams, deliverables, schedule and dependencies
