GenesisConsulting has an upcoming opportunity for an experienced, forward-thinking SeniorSAP Technical Lead with experience in Solution Architecture and Delivery onLarge Federal Projects. As the SeniorSAP Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development,implementation, and maintenance of complex SAP solutions tailored to meet thespecific requirements of our Federal Government Client. This is a critical rolethat requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, strong leadershipskills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duties andResponsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders,including business analysts, project managers, and government officials, tounderstand the client's requirements and develop comprehensive SAP solutionarchitectures that align with their strategic goals and objectives.
• Provide technical leadership andguidance to a team of SAP developers, ensuring the successful delivery ofhigh-quality solutions within project timelines and budget constraints. Mentorjunior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning andimprovement.
• Manage the end-to-end deliveryof SAP projects, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, riskassessment, and monitoring progress. Ensure adherence to project managementmethodologies and best practices.
• Oversee the design anddevelopment of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, andmaintainability. Collaborate with the development team to resolve technicalchallenges and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Architect and implement SAPintegrations and interfaces with other systems and applications, both internaland external to the Federal Government Client's ecosystem. Ensure seamless dataexchange and interoperability.
• Establish and enforce qualityassurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of robust and reliableSAP solutions. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system testing toidentify and rectify issues proactively.
• Build strong relationships withthe Federal Government Client's stakeholders, including business users, projectsponsors, and executives. Engage in regular communication to provide updates onproject progress, manage expectations, and address any concerns or issues.
• Stay up to date with the latestSAP technologies, trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities forinnovation, process improvement, and automation to enhance the efficiency andeffectiveness of SAP solutions.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Extensive experience (8 years)as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in SAP implementations, within theFederal Government sector, at a Federal Client, DOD or DHS experience ispreferred.
• Deep knowledge of SAPtechnologies, including ECC, S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Cloud Platform, SAPFiori, SAP Integration technologies (BPT), and other relevant integrationprotocols (API, JSON, SFTP)
• Proven experience in leadingend-to-end SAP implementation projects, including solution architecture,development, integration, and testing.
• Strong expertise in ABAPprogramming, SAP UI technologies, and SAP data migration tools.
• Excellent understanding ofenterprise integration patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and API management.
• Strong analytical,problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigatecomplex and ambiguous situations.
• Exceptional leadership andcommunication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diversestakeholders and lead a team towards project success.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Certifications:

• Certificationin relevant SAP modules or technologies is highly desirable
• SAP, SAFe, CSM certificationsdesired

• Willingness to work on-site andremotely in the DC/MD/VA area
