We are searching for a Solution Architect-Business Systems Integrator (FBM) to support our customer at the Washington Navy Yard. This is a hybrid position requiring at least 50% of pay period hours in the office (3 one week/2 one week).

The Role: As a Solution Architect-Business Systems Integrator, you will analyze and gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Identify IT solutions, analyze alternate IT products and articulate solution and product tradeoffs.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements for technology solutions.

· Develop and document functional specifications for technology solutions.

· Lead technical IT project reviews and periodic meetings

· Collaborate with IT teams and network engineers to analyze business requirements and design network solutions that meet the organization's needs. Document current and future state network designs, including network diagrams, configurations, and specifications.

· Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, expectations, and project progress.

· Develop and execute test plans to ensure that technology solutions meet the defined requirements and business needs.

· Assist in managing the change process by identifying and addressing potential impacts on business processes, systems, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

· An active DoD Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance

· This is a hybrid role, 50% of pay period hours are required to be in the office (3 one week/2 one week) at the Washington Navy Yard with travel to field sites as needed.

· At least 8 years of experience in IT management or IT operations

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
