Schedule : - Mon - to Fri / 8 To 5 PM CST.Interview type : - VirtualSkills : - Basic Excel Knowledge, Comfortable learning new software, LawLogix Guardian ( Candidate will be using this)

• The Administrative Assistant 1 will provide administrative support to an individual, a small team or department.
• We seek a versatile professional who will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.*
• Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources.*
• Enter routine data into standard forms and templates, and file and archive paper and electronic documents.*
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.*
• Perform routine administrative work within established procedures.*
• Other duties as assigned*
• Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Minimum Qualifications*
• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Zero years of related work experience.Comments for Suppliers :
• This is data clean-up project.
• The person will be looking at Excel data and updating in the Electronic I-9 System.
