Customer Service Duties Include: Schedule and confirm auto repair/maintenance appointments for our service departments. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Daily Responsibilities - Appointment Setter, Customer Service:

• Answer Service Department calls in a professional, friendly manner
• Follow Call Scripts to find out customer's needs
• Schedule appointments for auto repairs/maintenance, etc.
• Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments, notify special-order parts have arrived, etc.
• Meet or exceed appointment goals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements - Appointment Setter, Customer Service:

• Related experience preferred. Excellent training is provided!
• Call Center or automotive industry experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Motivated to succeed and ability to achieve targeted goals
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, and comprehend written instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent
