We are a quality driven organization that leverages its ISO 20000-1:2011, ISO 27001:2013 and CMMI quality standards, certifications and service delivery expertise to support all of our clients.The PMO will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of all projects within the Company including project plans, tracking progress, communicating with clients, and resolving issues. This position will also oversee all Program Directors at the site level and ensure that they have everything they need to effectively lead their programs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Oversee, provide guidance and support to all site level Program Directors • Set project planning standards to determine resources and schedule required to deliver FWG projects • Oversee creation and maintenance of project scope documents to ensure effective planning and define and manage program risks, performance, roles, resources, communications and quality • Act as Transition Manager with responsibility for transition support once program / project is won • Responsible for working with Program Directors to ensure that FWG has excellent CPARs on all programs • Organize, direct, and manage all aspects of contractual operational support functions including, but not limited to, multiple complex and inter-project related tasks • Develop, and continuously assess and improve methodology, processes and governance to optimize PMO maturity • Manage contractor personnel for various projects, as required • Support FWG leadership in strategic planning, long-term goals and strategic objectives and identify, analyze and monitor issues that may affect growth, cost and productivity • Maintain relationships and interface with the customer’s senior leadership • Consult with the customer, program directors and applicable contractors to formulate and review task plans and deliverables to ensure conformance with the program, project task schedules, costs, and contractual obligations • Support federal government proposal responses by providing various written inputs such as management approach etc. • Oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks • Take initiative and provide support to personnel in identifying and acquiring potential new or follow-on business • Promote FWG to clients and industry partners through participation in trade shows, conferences, and other meetings where there is a significant presence of industry leaders and potential clients and partners • Collect and analyze data with appropriate corporate team members to bring to review boards • Manage monthly Management Review Board (MRB) • Develop project management methodology and tools that can be utilized across multiple projects and sites • Support and participate in FWG Quality Management reviews and assessments • Identify potential risks involved in a project and develop plans to mitigate risks • Communicate with customer regularly to gather input about needs and provide FWG leadership with monthly status updates on all projects• Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assignedRequirements & QualificationsEducation:• Bachelor’s Degree required; Technical Degree preferredLicenses/Certifications:• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plusClearance:• Minimum of active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is requiredExperience: • Minimum 10 years proven successful experience managing government-related contracts and associated task orders • Minimum 5 (five plus) years of experience as a Program Manager building and leading a PMO consisting of multiple IDIQ and single award contracts, supporting Federal Civilian, DoD and Intel clients in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Intelligence Support Services, Weapon Systems and Information Technology • Minimum 5 (five plus) years of experience with business development, capture management or sales experience • Federal government/DoD contracting experience highly desired • Military experience is a plus • Solid foundational knowledge of small business procurement • Understanding of FAR and DFARSkills & Abilities:• Excellent customer relationships, advisory and delegating skills• Easily approachable, builds rapport well and ability to put others at ease• Possesses both business and technical acumen• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and MS SharePoint, document configuration management tools, and Adobe Acrobat• Strong leadership, organizational, planning, communication, and time management skills• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with multiple levels of staff including senior leadership and customer leadership• Ability to create both short-term and long-term goals and objectives then use these plans to execute strategic plans efficiently and in a timely manner• Excellent attention to detail • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and oral• Availability and willingness to work on weekends, evenings, etc., as position requiresThis opportunity offers career development and growth, competitive compensation, and a robust benefits package with 4 Weeks PTO w/ rollover, 11 paid holidays, company paid events and training, and 401(k) retirement plan with company match. FWG holds multiple government contracting vehicles as a Prime Contractor to include: 8(a) Set-Aside;
