Job Description

Jefferson Solutions, the well-respected government consulting company of Jefferson Consulting Group, an award-winning woman-owned small business, is seeking an Acquisition Program Management Office (PMO) Support Specialist to provide ongoing support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Investment and Program Accountability (OIPA). This position is remo


Duties:

  • Augment Government staffing of a Program Management Office, providing expert analysis to support acquisition planning and D-102 documentation in any or all of the following program management disciplines:
    • Requirements Management
    • Systems Engineering
    • Risk Management
    • Cost, Performance, Schedule Development, & Management
    • Test and Evaluation

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one (1) year experience providing PMO support for a DHS or DOD entity within the same or closely related type of IPT as the one for which they will provide support under this task order; OR
  • Federal Acquisition Certification or Specialization or equivalent for the program management discipline (Requirements Management; Systems Engineering; Cost Estimating; etc.) for the same discipline as that covered by the IPT for which they will provide support under this task order AND minimum of six (6) months experience providing PMO support for a DHS or DOD entity within the same or closely related type of IPT as the one for which they will provide support under this task order.
  • Possess a DHS-recognized Public Trust security clearance or higher OR be able to pass a High Risk Public Trust investigation.

Note: Only U.S. citizens or non-U.S. citizens who have lived in the U.S. at least three of the last five years are eligible to provide services under this task order. The exception to this is an incumbent non-U.S. citizen employee with current, valid security clearance for physical and logical access to CDC and embassy facilities and network.
