Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our small general practice law firm as an Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is proficient in using QuickBooks, MyCase and TABS, and has experience in office management and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, file management, and order entry
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with office management duties including maintaining supplies and equipment
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, TABS, MyCase and other relevant software applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
