What will you be doing?

Our team is seeking a fast learning and hard working individual who knows how to gain insight to borrower needs. Someone who is passionate about improving borrower experiences and helping small businesses succeed.

  • Consolidate and analyze customer data collected through multiple sources (complaints and escalations tracking, surveys, borrower interviews, and customer service communications) to identify areas of opportunity for improving customer experience
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-departmentally using avenues including working groups to champion process changes and improvements based on data findings
  • Act as subject matter expert for Customer Success and servicing for internal and external parties
  • Organize and lead Customer Success team projects to improve customer experience
  • Properly prioritize, track, resolve, and report on customer interactions and escalated situations
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of processes and procedures related to customer interactions, with a focus on improving customer experience, maintaining regulatory compliance, and adjusting to changing business needs
  • Responsible for team organization including creating and sending meeting agendas for internal and external meetings, and executing follow-up for promised deliverables, as needed
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day

Are you?

  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience
  • 2-3 years Data analytics experience
  • Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data in relation to the industry and business objectives
  • Experience in synthesizing information and data across multiple sources to create succinct and meaningful stories
  • Experience in Business Process Improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
