This role sits within what we call the “Funnel” team. They are the face of Funding Circle and work passionately to make sure small businesses have an incredible experience in getting the funding they need.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a top-performing, smart, and motivated individual to join our Sales & Partnerships Operations team, part of the Commercial organization, responsible for supporting the Partnerships team with analytical insights, data reporting, and process optimization. You will report directly to the Sales and Partnerships Enablement Manager, and work closely with Partnerships leadership to unlock the full potential of the Partnership channel.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining Salesforce, Excel, and/or Tableau reports covering individual Partner and cross channel performance, commissions/incentive plans, and performance management systems. You will conduct analysis to identify areas of opportunity, make recommendations, and take action to improve Partnerships channel performance; crafting, documenting, and implementing new processes; and completing ad hoc projects and reporting requests. Last, you will be working with Partnerships leadership to build, maintain, and optimize a partner management system in Salesforce. The work is varied, with exposure across the business, and will involve collaborating closely with many teams throughout Funding Circle.

  • Be a data evangelist: You will be a leader in the push for consistent, high-quality, and data-driven decision-making within the Partnerships organization.
  • Be a communicator: You’ll be expected to communicate with stakeholders throughout all levels of the business to manage their expectations about where competing Partnerships priorities sit, solicit key inputs for the Partnerships program, and communicate Partnerships strategy.

Are you?

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in a partnerships, sales, and/or analytics role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Salesforce reporting skills
  • Experience identifying insights from complex data sets, proposing solutions based on findings, and implementing recommendations
  • Resourceful - able to independently find answers and solutions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several concurrent tasks and responsibilities
  • Adaptability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved with all aspects of the partnerships organization
  • Effectiveness working both independently and part of teams, often cross-functionally, depending on the task
