Church Finance Office Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time finance assistant to join our team and support our Director of Finance with day to day operations. The responsibility of the finance assistant is to assist the Director of Finance with all church financial bookkeeping task such as managing and updating financial records.

To be successful as a finance assistant, you should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software. You should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills and an understanding of data confidentiality practices.

Finance Office Assistant Responsibilities:

· Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks Online, preferred

· Strong experience in bookkeeping

· Good organizational skills

· Strong analytical skills.

· High attention to detail

· Excellent time management skills

· Provide administrative support to Director of Finance

· Complete other duties as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
