Job Description : Engagea Comm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Event Coordinator.

In this role, you will work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to plan, organize, and execute various events and promotional activities for our clients.

Job : Full time

Pay Range : $22.50 - $32.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure all event logistics are in place, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and decor
• Maintain event budgets and track expenses
• Assist in developing event timelines and schedules
• Arrange transportation and accommodations for event participants
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
