What You'll Do:

  • Communication Ace: From crisp briefing docs to compelling copy and conversations with the world's elite, your words always hit the mark.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and appointments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and flawless execution of high-profile events globally.
  • Master Asana for project management, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and exceeding client expectations.
  • Meticulously track progress and manage deadlines for successful project completion.
  • Manage expense reports and travel arrangements for optimal efficiency.
  • Craft clear and concise briefing documents for internal and client use, fostering clear communication.
  • Source unique items and provide logistical support for exceptional event execution.
  • Draft compelling communications showcasing strong writing and verbal skills.
  • Engage with a high-level network, demonstrating exceptional professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, proactively anticipating their needs and fostering a collaborative partnership to ensure exceptional service and project success.
  • Meticulously proofread and edit )?)>?work products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and overall professional polish.
  • Develop compelling communications that drive event awareness, generate excitement, and maximize engagement.
  • Embrace continuous learning and readily adopt innovative tools to streamline workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in the events industry
  • 5 years of administrative support or scheduling/coordination experience
  • 5 years of marketing communications experience
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a talent for tracking and record-keeping
  • Adept at copy editing and maintaining clear documentation
  • Proficient in Asana, Hubspot, Smartsheets, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

Preferred:

  • Experience working in government or with government entities
  • Experience writing marketing event communications
  • Budget Management experience
  • Client Management expertise
  • A well-informed individual with a pulse on current events, cultural trends, and the political landscape
  • Tech enthusiast

Location:

  • This role is 75% remote with 25% travel required in the Washington, D.C. area and globally.
