Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter Invoices into the Coupa and SAP Systems
• Check statements to verify invoices have been paid
• Work closely with vendors and internal staff
• Cross-train in additional accounting functions
• Provide additional assistance to co-workers as needed to meet deadlines
• Provide accrual reporting for month-end closing
• Create ad-hoc reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and functions as directed by management
• Create and maintain files (Excel) to load into SAP
• Work the pending actions to resolve open invoices
• Perform the end-to-end payment run process
• Audit Travel and Expense and perform company card reconciliations
• Perform Pcard reconciliations
• Perform IRS vendor set up verifications and properly set up or update vendor profiles
• Reconcile system transmission errors from the SAP integration file
• Perform the 1099 reporting process
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) or more years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
• Two (2) or more years of SAP ERP, SAP Concur, and Coupa (or Ariba) experience is preferred
• Experience with ten-key is required
• Knowledge of accounting functions is required
• Moderate to strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel application is required
• Knowledge of other Microsoft Offices applications, specifically MS Outlook and MS Word is required
