As a Fox Chase Wellness Center Billing Assistant, you will be responsible to verify schedules, prepare and submit billing, ensuring there are no errors on a weekly basis.

MUST HAVE STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS!

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit billing.

· Resolve billing issues, including denials.

· Assist with accounts receivable and collection activity.

· Resolve any issues with billing.

· Verify all hours are being utilized.

· Weekly compiling and submission of statistical reports.

· 99% billing approval expectation.

· 100% billing denial resolution expected.

The Ideal candidate should possess the following:

· Experience with HHA Exchange including hands-on billing.

· Experience using the system.

· Experienced with Microsoft Excel and office Product.

· Detailed-oriented and very analytical.

· Ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent phone etiquette.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Competent to solve problems and create solutions.

· Available to work overtime if required.
