Fox Chase Home Care is seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator who has strong communication skills, analytical skills, and is highly motivated.

Job Summary:

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards within the home care agency. This role encompasses in-office responsibilities related to policy development, training, and documentation, as well as field-based duties involving on-site audits and assessments. The Compliance Coordinator will perform In-Home Assessments quarterly for all assigned cases on care and follow up with clients via phone calls and conduct home visits. This position calls for a level of professionalism and will act as the face of Fox Chase Home Care and is responsible for establishing rapport with clients and their caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a broader care team as the situation requires.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for agency staff, both office-based and field caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities, including training records, audit findings, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.
  • Identify potential compliance risks within the agency's operations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular on-site audits and inspections at client homes and agency offices to assess compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

  • Bilingual is a MUST
  • Experience working with at-risk, elder populations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, flexible and ability to multitask
  • In-depth knowledge of home care regulations, including Medicaid, MCO, and OLTL is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
