Job Description: We are currenty seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Home Care Telemarketing Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our home care services through effective telemarketing strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others and posses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our home care services.
2. Provide information about the benefits and features of our home care programs.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
4. Schedule appointments for interested individuals to discuss our home care options further.
5. Keep accurate records of all interactions and update customer information in the database.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
3. Ability to effectively convey product/ service information and address potential client concerns.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
6. Familiarity with home care services is a plus.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
2. Availability to work flexible hours.
