Position Overview:
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our compliance efforts and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the compliance team to develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate compliance training programs for employees, including scheduling, content development, and tracking completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related issues and provide guidance on regulatory matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory authorities as required.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits, including gathering information and preparing documentation.
• Participate in compliance meetings and initiatives to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Legal Studies, or related field (Master's degree or certification in compliance is a plus).
• Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs in the finance industry.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA, AML/KYC).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and compliance management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,225.21 - $55,669.07 per year
