Location: On-site in Northeast Philadelphia, Near Bucks County, PA
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Optional Overtime Annual Bonus Annual Raises

Billing Administrator Description
Our client in the mechanical services industry is looking for a Billing Administrator to add to their team in northeast Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will prepare invoices for commercial mechanical services such as HVAC, boiler, & chiller installation, maintenance, and parts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and excel with problem-solving. To be successful, you must enjoy data entry in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with the ability to multitask. Billing Administrator Responsibilities
• Perform timely and accurate invoicing for service accounts
• Work independently on high-volume data entry (~150-300 invoices per week, average 200)
• Review work orders for services such as HVAC, boiler, & chiller installation/maintenance
• Transfer work order information into complete customer invoices
• Follow up with field technicians regarding questions about work completed & parts used
• Respond to internal and external billing inquiries
• Review and verify the accuracy of client invoicing
• Direct customer invoice questions to the appropriate Account Manager or Technician
• Document invoicing for various projects
• Clearly communicate findings and proposed solutions to teammates
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (Ex: AR, AP, Purchasing, Project Managers…)
Billing Administrator Qualifications
• 3 years of experience with billing or general accounting is required
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail are required
• Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word are required
• Ability to work 100% on-site is required
